Description: Our Client, a medical products provider and manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary work to repair and perform both preventive and general maintenance on all production equipment in the plant;
• Work across a wide spectrum of skills to include: electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, & pneumatics troubleshooting;
• Work with the purchasing department to assure proper parts are kept on hand;
• Ensure that safe working conditions and good housekeeping are maintained while meeting quality and cost requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment (5+ years);
• Experience working with tools of the trade – welding, meters, hand tools, etc.;
• Knowledge of TPM, preventative / predicative maintenance, operator basic care, and equipment efficiency metrics and measures (preferred);
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations and guidelines (preferred);
• Degree in Electro / Mechanical Engineering or an Associate degree in a related technical discipline.
