Description: Our Client, one of the global leaders in aerospace and defense technologies, is looking to hire a Principle Manufacturing Engineer in Iuka, MS.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing of large composite aerospace components;
• Work closely with manufacturing personnel to solve production issues;
• Learn and understand requirements to determine product impacts and recommend disposition of the parts;
• Work in a cross functional team to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing or related field (7-10 years);
• Experience working with aerospace specifications and requirements;
• Experience with root cause / corrective action processes and techniques;
• Experience with Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA);
• Experience with production control systems (SAP / Visual Mfg / etc.);
• Experience with SPC;
• Active DoD clearance;
• Experience with NT or Catia V5 (preferred);
• Experience with composites, fiber placement, bonding, cure, and machining (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical  Engineering or related.
