Description: Our Client, one of the leading metals engineering and manufacturing companies, is looking to hire a Building Operations Manager in Cranberry Township, PA.


• Set direction for the facility;
• Develop the ABS/EHS skills and leadership of crews;
• Perform EHS and FBP self-assessments as required for designated areas;
• Manage, lead, and be accountable for Environmental, Health, and Safety performance and practices;
• Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problem-solving activities;
• Monitor production and information flow paths and production rates to ensure objectives are being met;
• Develop and execute 30-60-90 day A3’s demonstrating ABS Thinking and PDCA methodology;
• Maintain all quality, process management and production standards;
• Complete autonomous maintenance as required;
• Develop, share and implement best practices throughout KNA;
• Effectively and consistently enforce workplace rules, policies, and procedures;
• Plan, manage, and execute operating plans and tactical operations, including scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime;
• Develop, implement, and maintain current standard work for subordinates and leaders;
• Set, communicate, and implement priorities.


• Manufacturing and/or industrial plant experience (10 years);
• Managerial and/or supervisory experience (10 years);
• Experience with Statistical / Data Analytics;
• Experience with Curtain Wall and/or Window Wall products;
• Knowledge of aluminum extrusion and finishing processes;
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Processes;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
