Description: Our Client, a leading healthcare provider, is looking to hire a Biomedical Equipment Tech in Manassas, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time, and understand how he or she contributes to the health system’s vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families;
• Perform and document corrective and preventive maintenance of clinical equipment and electronic support systems.

Requirements:

• Experience with Bio Medical equipment (1+ year);
• Experience with imaging (1+ year);
• Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing;
• Experience successfully applying customer satisfaction standards;
• Experience troubleshooting equipment issues using a variety of testing equipment;
• Experience utilizing and interpreting technical service manuals and/or documentation;
• Ability to work and succeed under critical situations regarding patient care equipment and in an environment where electric shock hazards exist;
• Associates degree in Applied Science or military education.
