Description: Our Client, one of the largest pulp and paper companies in the world, is looking to hire an Electrical Area Reliability Engineer in Orange, TX.


• Get Criticalities correct. Once complete, this will drive the rest;
• Update of criticality coding – this is keep it correct;
• Find latent causes and eliminate failures;
• Lead the Technicians;
• Prioritize time based inspections done by crews;
• Route development; Route audits;
• Prioritize the Technician’s work requests;
• Process Technician’s work requests to work orders;
• Control and prioritize the flow of work from notification to work order planning;
• Develop QA and QC programs for the facility by asset class.


• Experience in Power / Fiber area (2+ years) or experience in Paper area (5+ years);
• Experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Engineering degree.
