Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, a wholesale electricity supplier, one of the world’s largest clean energy companies, and the world leader in generating renewable energy from the wind and sun, is hiring a Technical Specialist in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all wind turbine and PV Solar faults throughout the Client’s portfolio;
• Figure out what caused the turbine to malfunction, and refer to fault handling procedures, and either restore the unit to service by remote reset or escalation to control center operator.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a repetitive, fast paced environment (2+ years);
• Technical support experience;
• MS office experience;
• Knowledge of networks.
