Description: Our Client, a non-profit medical research center, is hiring a PFS Lead Systems Analyst in Tampa, FL.


• Provide departmental support and assistance in designing assigned business and administrative information systems within Patient Financial Services (PFS);
• Work in partnership with the Information Technology department, implement and maintain assigned information systems needed to support critical business operations within PFS;
• Evaluate, design, build, test, and implement custom or vendor supplied software. Systems must be evaluated and selected in such a manner that they effectively respond to the business and clinical requirements of the Client;
• Complete assignments within project deadlines and complete work according to project schedules, and/or serve as a Project Lead for assigned projects;
• Assist PFS users with training and development of user documentation;
• Maintain production systems to ensure reliable performance, appropriate change management and security;
• Develop system-wide reports to support the information management needs of PFS.


• Experience with Cerner Soarian Clinicals (2+ years);
• Experience in healthcare information system development, implementation, and support for billing and revenue cycle systems (5+ years);
• Patient financial services and/or patient management experience (preferred);
• Experience in healthcare information system development and implementation (preferred);
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare / Business related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 9 years of related experience required.
