Description: Our Client, a wholesale electricity supplier, one of the world’s largest clean energy companies, and the world leader in generating renewable energy, is hiring an IT Programs Manager in Jupiter, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage infrastructure, application or process/integration projects for Information Technology;
• Work across multiple IT groups to define solutions for infrastructure services and process deployment;
• Support mergers / acquisitions projects and support efforts such as deployment of infrastructure to support of new site and may be responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing policies, standards and methodologies;
• Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinate preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts;
• Be responsible for contract administration and service levels measurement;
• Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules and manage professional employees (project managers, technical staff and/or analyst staff) and third part or outsourcing providers;
• Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline;
• Assign personnel to various projects and direct their activities;
• Be responsible for customer relations and communications (with other groups and vendors) within own discipline or function and may oversee information systems personnel administration, including selection, training and personnel development.

Requirements:

• ITIL experience within Incident and Change Management (2 years);
• Configuration management experience (2 years);
• Experience as a Project Manager delivering a variety of project types including infrastructure, middleware, COTs, upgrades, etc. (4 years);
• Experience with Agile;
• Scrum master experience (1 year);
• Knowledge of hardware, middleware, software, upgrades, sunsets, transitions, disaster recovery.
