Description: Our Client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead Admin / Developer in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall configuration, design, and functionality of the Salesforce / Veeva Vault functions;
• Build and maintain mobile solutions leveraging Salesforce.com as a platform;
• Configure and maintain the functional objects of Salesforce.com;
• Create and manage workflow rules, data validations, triggers, and object customizations;
• Manage operational requests and assist in the escalated triage of support issues, working with diverse user groups;
• Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the CRM platform;
• Assist in the evaluation of new Veeva & Salesforce.com functionality and App Exchange tools for feasibility and impact to the business;
• Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications;
• Support the Veeva BPO in the development of full process SOPs and training when applicable;
• Participate in the Agile development process.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Salesforce.com Technical Admin / Developer role (3+ years);
• Experience maintaining Veeva Vault;
• Experience in the biotech / pharma space with implementation and support of IT projects;
• Experience supporting and performing large application test plans (functional UAT and SIT integration);
• Experience with system and application monitoring;
• Experience managing vendors and external business partners;
• Salesforce / Veeva certifications (Administrator and/or Developer certifications in particular);
• Experience developing native ios mobile applications (preferred);
• Sharepoint experience (preferred);
• B.A./B.S. degree.
