Description: Our Client, a medical technology company, is looking for a Brand Manager – Syringe Portfolio & eCommerce in Franklin Lakes, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business and consumer analyses used in Annual Business plans or 5 year Annual Strategic Review Product Management;
• Develop and implement commercialization strategy for product lines;
• Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with Analytics and Sales Teams to drive incremental growth;
• Develop and execute against timelines for tactical projects on time and within budget, raising potential issues accordingly;
• Develop new e-Commerce strategy for our BD Pet Syringes, considering both an Amazon.com and BD owned e-Commerce strategy and Go-to-market model;
• Develop trade show strategy for our largest national trade shows (ADA, AADE, etc.) and execute all necessary marketing tactics and tools in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership;
• Oversee brand budget providing direction and inputs to managing line item details;
• Oversee SKU level forecasting, volume bridges and Ship Share model to drive forecast accuracy;
• Effectively analyze business trends to drive forecasting process and recommendations;
• Influence key stakeholder ideas and opinions regarding change opportunities and innovations.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing leading brand activities (3-5+ years);
• Experience with medical device and/or pharmaceutical marketing;
• Experience in digital marketing (preferred);
• Experience with eCommerce (preferred);
• Experience with trade show (preferred);
• Experience with diabetes or metabolic disease (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree;
• MBA (preferred).
