Description: Our Client, a non-profit medical research center, is hiring a Network Engineer in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and debug the Cisco router and switch configurations, etc;
• Create presentations and communicate to internal customers, and management;
• Develop innovative ideas, assist with defining centers strategy for a range of voice and data networks technologies including call center solutions;
• Collaborate with other IT teams and mentor junior Telecom;
• Work to maintain the integrity of the IP and non-IP based VoIP infrastructure and analytics;
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including a of material , SOW, logical call flows, IT requirements, and architectural documentation for change implementation and ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Cisco VoIP stack support experience (3+ years);
• Implementation experience including SIP, PRI, T1, H.323, MGCP, UCCX, Finesse, CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Quality Management Server, OpenText FAX Infrastructure, Dial Plans, Paging Systems (Informacast, Amcom, etc.), CDR, Spectrum Wallboards, Vocera, DNS, various monitoring systems (SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, RTMT, etc.);
• Experience with mobile presence and LAN/WAN technologies (Cisco Jabber, WebEx, etcetera) (3+ years);
• Experience with UCS servers, Cisco IOS, Cisco CUBE, voice, and analog gateways (3900 and 4400 series gateway models, VG310s, VG320s, VG350s series models) (3+ years);
• Cisco routing, switching and VoIP stack support and implementation experience;
• Experience with OSPF, BGP, Cisco Nexus, Cisco 4500, Cisco 3800 series switches, ASR series routers;
• Experience working with Carriers such as Level 3, AT&T, Frontier, etc;
• Cisco VoIP / IP Telephony design, deployment, integration of Contact Center technologies, and support experience (preferred);
• Certification: CCNA, CCDA, CCNP (preferred);
• Bachelor's degree (required).
