Description: Our Client, a cruise and vacation company is hiring an Oracle HCM Business Analyst in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously apply advanced technical and analytical skills to examine large amounts of data and transform them into informative qualitative and quantitative HR metrics;
• Lead key strategic initiatives and efforts independently as part of the greater HR strategic vision;
• Update HR reporting metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses;
• Liaise with HR business, HRIS and IT on defining functional requirements, design, system testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle HCM (Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits) (5-7 years);
• Experience consulting on a number of Oracle HCM implementations;
• Enterprise organization experience;
• Experience with Lawson;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
