Description: Our Client, a computer software company, is looking to hire a Senior Python Engineer in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside experienced iOS development team to build and maintain the backend of the YouMap social network;
• Work hand in hand with development and product teams to brainstorm and implement new ideas and make sure existing features are humming along.

Requirements:

• Web development experience (4+ years);
• Experience with Python (4+ years);
• Experience with Django (4+ years);
• Experience with iOS swift;
• Experience with APIs in Django;
• Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining large-scale software applications (web / mobile);
• Experience with automated unit / regression testing;
• Experience with Slack, Git, Jira, PostgreSQL;
• Bachelor’s degree.
