Description: Our Client, a global marketing company, is looking to hire a Database Developer (Oracle / SQL) in Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Generate adhoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts;
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements;
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resources;
• Receive and process input feeds;
• Verify input data quality, including identification and communication of file variances and potential issues;
• Perform file transfers and backup procedures;
• Send all outputs to appropriate location;
• Manage the quality and timeliness of updates and output deliverables;
• Ensure compliance with production standards and tests / Quality Controls the solution(s);
• Take specifications and uses them to design / code a solution;
• Use and fully understands established appropriate processes to meet customer requirements, and be able to customize if required;
• Verify program execution is successful;
• Identify areas for improving processes and client service;
• Focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations;
• Run QC checks to ensure accuracy of mailing;
• Perform file transfers using Epsilons data security protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Database Developer (2+ years);
• Experience with SQL;
• Experience with stored procedures (required);
• Experience with data access methods;
• High school or equivalent.
