Description: Our Client, a wholesale electricity supplier, and the world leader in generating renewable energy, is hiring a Scrum Master to work in Jupiter, FL.


• Provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution;
• Responsible for employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management;
• Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.


• Experience as a Scrum Master for multiple agile teams where team members are geographically diverse;
• Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban software support and development teams;
• Experience with applications used by field personnel;
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
• Experience managing budgets;
• Federal Energy Regulatory Commission access;
• Scrum Master certification;
• Six Sigma certification.
