Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work. Will be required to travel about 10% of the time.

Description: Our Client, a wholesale electricity supplier, and the world leader in generating renewable energy, is hiring an IT Agile Project Manager to work in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to schedule and within budget;
• Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan;
• Define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle;
• Produce detailed project plans following the Agile Framework;
• Provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution;
• Participate in employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management;
• Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas;
• Build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers;
• Solve a range of straightforward problems; analyze possible solutions using standard procedures;
• Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction;
• Recommend process and technology related solutions or improvements to protect the company from cyber security vulnerabilities and weaknesses;
• Measure project performance and value utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc;
• Report project status to executive and senior level leadership.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in project management; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills;
• Experience working with cutting-edge innovative cyber security related technologies;
• Experience with computer networking technologies and architectures;
• Experience successfully managing Agile projects, start-to-finish;
• Experience identifying and assessing threats and escalating concerns to next tier incident response team if and as needed;
• Experience in cyber security risk analysis or similar relevant area of focus;
• Excellent problem solving, critical and conceptual thinking, and proven ability to develop and coach the team, the product owner and the business on the scrum process;
• Ability to operate under pressure and multi-task, must demonstrate strong bias for action, follow-through and personal leadership;
• Excellent Customer Service skills;
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time and work extended hours when needed;
• Ability to qualify for and hold NRC clearance for Unescorted Plant Access and NERC CIP access;
• Scrum Master certification.
