Description: Our Client, a manufacturer of integrated systems that collect, process and distribute information, is looking to hire a Proposal Pricing Analyst in Bingen, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop or review proposal pricing for high visibility / risk or technically complex efforts in accordance with RFP, statement of work and company requirements;
• Determine estimating methodology;
• Develop and document estimate assumptions;
• Research and analyze historical data, develop cost/financial models to support proposal efforts;
• Support audits, fact-finding, proposal updates, negotiations, sweeps and certifications;
• Participate in pricing reviews with management and customer representatives;
• Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team;
• Develop cost estimating relationships;
• Develop and implement process improvements;
• Develop proposal pricing strategies;
• Lead pricing function, cost volume preparation, DCAA/DCMA audits;
• Develop pricing policies and standards;
• Develop and administer tools.

Requirements:

• Proposal Pricing experience (15+ years);
• Experience with Excel (vlookups & pivot tables) (required);
• Experience with ProPricer or similar pricing tool (required);
• Experience with complex financial models and large data sets;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Deltek, Costpoint, SAP) (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree.
