Description: Our Client, a non-profit healthcare organization, is hiring a Revenue Cycle Director – Physician Billing in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to support the direction and objectives of TMH Physician Organization operations to ensure maximization of revenues and adherence to compliance policies and procedures;
• Lead the operational team in attaining ongoing department metric, production, financial goals through the effective management of resources;
• Direct, coordinate and evaluate performance of all operational functional areas: initiate all corrective actions to improve performance deliverables and/or resolve issues as they arise;
• Provide strategic leadership for all TMHPO revenue cycle processes and is responsiblefor billing and collection processes and performance;
• Ensure customer needs are in the forefront and are identified, monitored, and practices modified to maximize customer satisfaction and optimal reimbursement;
• Interact with clinical departments to ensure goals are achieved and/or issues are being timely and appropriately addressed ultimately resulting in department satisfaction and optimal resolution of AR;
• Direct efforts related to federally mandated changes and ensures system notification processes and compliance;
• Plan and organize areas of responsibility to accomplish operational and strategic objectives, and does so within budget;
• Direct financial analysis to understand clinic department AR and plan staff focus and/or corrective action plans with the management team;
• Plan and organize areas of responsibility to accomplish operational and strategic objectives within budget.

Requirements:

• Healthcare experience (7+ years);
• Physician practice revenue cycle management experience (5+ years);
• Management experience (5+ years);
• Experience working on Physician Billing (5+ years);
• EPIC certification (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field (required).
