Description: Our Client, one of the leading aerospace companies, is looking for a Business Process Management Specialist in Troy, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Report responsibilities to internal and external customers related to compliance and audit support;
• Respond to SCM audit findings, corrective actions and other inquiries related to SCM policies and procedures;
• Address operational policy, procedural and training needs to ensure the BU maintains a fully compliant and US government-approved procurement system;
• Monitor, develop and deliver effective operational policies and procedures;
• Provide guidance to the Supply Chain community and focus on continuous improvement of global systems;
• Serve as a liaison for US governmental agencies including FAA, DCMA, DCAA, SBA and other audit agencies and customers as required;
• Act as a primary resource for SCM personnel in assessing and evaluating business changes and the impact on the current systems;
• Create required procedural changes to correct identified deficiencies or improve processes and procedures;
• Act as an ethical model for SCM on compliance issues related to conflicts of interest and business risk assessment;
• Drive use of ACE tools and processes to establish, improve, and/or implement standard work and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience with Materials Management, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management (3-4 years);
• Experience in Business Process Management activities (1-2 years);
• Experience in handling SCM Compliance issues (1-2 years) (preferred);
• Experience in US Government Contracting including coordination activities with DCMA and/or SBA and Quality audit and corrective action support (1-2 years) (preferred);
• Four Year degree preferably in SCM, Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance.
