Description: Our Client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire a Patient & Provider Services Manager (Reimbursement) in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Implement tactics that support the commercial goals for Lemtrada and align with the overall objectives of the MS franchise;
• Execute, in collaboration with MS One to One, tactics that ensure compliance with Lemtrada REMS requirements;
• Implement tactics to support Lemtrada reimbursement, logistics, and fulfillment;
• Implement key initiatives that enhance the Central Lab Program;
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to optimize the promotion of the MS One to One service program;
• Monitor and measure customer feedback, internal performance data, and market needs to identify and implement service enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry or experience in a customer services (3+ years);
• MS experience (preferred);
• Experience with the commercialization of infused therapies (preferred);
• Experience with managed care, particularly 'buy and bill' products (preferred);
• Bachelor's degree (required).
