Description: Our Client, one of the leading energy and energy-related services providers, is hiring an Outside Account Executive to work remotely (from home office).

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with real estate professionals;
• Sell the benefits of portfolio of plans;
• Engage customers through knowledgeable interactions, via 1 to 1 business discussions, social events, and use the latest technology to build professional brand;
• Strengthen relationships and build customer loyalty year over year by creating partnerships that sustains the real estate markets ebbs and flows;
• Contact real estate professionals in the assigned territory, sell the benefits and its comprehensive warranty plans, and be a direct contact for agent and customer utilization;
• Make a minimum of 40-50 contact touches and setting 3-4 one on one appointments per day.

Requirements:

• Experience in direct sales as a top producer in previous / current position (2+ years);
• Experience in advertising / staffing, pharmaceutical, medical, escrow / title, warranty sales;
• Experience with selling a service;
• Experience in real estate / title / mortgage industry;
• Valid State Driver’s License;
• High school diploma or equivalent.
