Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience performing activities directly related to a Data Warehouse implementation, database design and database administration (DBA). Experience includes implementing or maintaining Oracle data warehouse and business intelligence tools such as the following examples: Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytical Server (OAS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIA), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) (7+ years)
• Experience performing activities directly related to data modeling (logical and semantic) and metadata management Experience with data warehouse fundamentals such as SQL, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing), star and snowflake schemas, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Informatica, Tidal, and Business Intelligence Application Configuration Manager (BIACM).(7+ years)
• Experience implementing and using business intelligence tools, including data visualization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving and strong communication.
• Ability to analyze database tables, materialized views, data sets, reports, and so forth to identify gaps and to determine the appropriate action to be taken to resolve or disposition the identified gaps.

Preferred:
• Experience working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Visio and MS Project.
• Experience implementing PeopleSoft in local and state government
• Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+ and fluid page development.
• Experience using PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Experience using Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions and ADW.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), data modeling certifications or other related professional certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle-based data warehouses, leveraging tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Perform logical and semantic data modeling, manage metadata, and ensure adherence to best practices in database design and data warehouse architecture.
• Design, implement, and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using tools such as Informatica and ensure efficient data flow into the data warehouse.
• Implement and use business intelligence tools to create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that support analytical decision-making and resolve data gaps.
• Analyze database tables, materialized views, and reports to identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create detailed documentation using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Support the implementation and use of PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules, ensuring compatibility with Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions and aligning with organizational goals.
