Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach (required);
• Experience with End-to-end IT procurement processes (requisitioning, sourcing, negotiating, purchasing).
• Experience with IT procurement strategy development and implementation.
• Experience with Vendor evaluation and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with IT contract drafting, review, and management.
• Experience with IT procurement budget and cost management.
• Experience with Market research and procurement spend analysis.

Preferred:
• Experience with Software sales.
• Experience with Contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, establish strong relationships with key IT vendors, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Draft, review, and manage IT contracts and agreements, including renewal and termination processes.
• Work with finance to establish and manage IT procurement budgets and analyze expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct market research on trends, pricing, and product availability, and evaluate and recommend new products or services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare and present procurement reports to management.
