Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL.
• Experience in High-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work (4+ years).
• Experience Designing and developing software or hardware product.
• Experience Understanding business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions.
• Experience with All phases of product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test and integration of products.
• Experience Developing design specifications and parameters that are in compliance with products’ architectural blueprints.
• Experience Researching, evaluating, and incorporating new technology and tools to enhance the product development process.
• Experience Resolving customer complaints with products and responding to suggestions for improvement and enhancements.
• Experience Developing product user manuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure Pega applications and workflows to meet business and customer requirements, translating functional needs into technical solutions built on the Pega platform.
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle — including requirements analysis, design, coding/configuration, testing, and integration — for Pega-based solutions.
• Develop design specifications and technical parameters that align with established architectural standards and blueprints, ensuring consistency across the Pega application environment.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools, technologies, and Pega best practices to improve development efficiency, application performance, and overall product quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and address feedback or enhancement requests related to existing Pega applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, design specifications, and process documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and customer-reported defects, working with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
