Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Information Science, or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate program requirements into technical solutions and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. (Proficiency level: 3);

Responsibilities:
• Develop visually appealing, intuitive, user-friendly, and insightful Qlik Sense dashboards and reports;
• Advise program areas on which visualizations and analyses would best help them achieve their goals;
• Collaborate with data engineers and others to gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality;
• Use statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, and extract meaningful insights;
• Work collaboratively with program areas to identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure progress toward goals;
• Monitor data quality to identify data issues and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions;
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and others, to understand data needs, address technical challenges, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
