Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
Experience with Business Analyst work supporting technology or business transformation initiatives (5+ years);
Experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation;
Experience with Agile project delivery environments;
Experience with cross-functional business and technology teams;
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools;

Preferred:
Experience with CIS (Customer Information System);
Experience with Electric Office (EO) or similar engineering/design systems;
Experience with SAP/CAMS (asset/billing systems);
Experience with WMS (Work Management Systems);
Experience with Salesforce;
Experience with GIS;
Experience with utility, field operations, asset management, or customer service initiatives;
Experience with system integrations and data management concepts;

Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
Facilitate meetings and workshops with business, IT, and vendor teams;
Analyze and document current and future-state business processes;
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities;
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts;
Assist with system integration efforts and cross-functional process improvements;
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and defect tracking;
