Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required);
• Experience with tech industry, product engineering, operations, technology integration, or other related work experience (7+ years);
• Experience with SunPass products, solutions, and applications;
• Experience meeting business requirements and aligning with the SunPass Operations roadmaps;
• Experience overseeing product development activities, reporting standards, and operational governance;
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions;
• Experience acting as a liaison between SunPass Operations, Toll Operations leadership, and technical teams;
• Experience ensuring timely delivery, continuous improvement, and compliance with established standards;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage product research, design enhancements, qualification activities, and end‑to‑end delivery schedules for SunPass products and solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to fulfill product requirements, transition products to commercialization, and support testing and evaluation of new technologies.
• Oversee product governance by maintaining centralized inventories, tracking operational initiatives, and ensuring SOP creation, updates, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance inputs from business units, validate functional and technical requirements, and identify improvement or lifecycle replacement needs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with Business Intelligence to support program performance monitoring and leadership visibility.
• Support strategic decision‑making by maintaining deep operational knowledge of SunPass functions and collaborating across engineering, operations, and technical teams.
• Serve in emergency response roles to ensure operational continuity and perform additional duties as assigned.
