Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site, with travel to projects in the field required up to 25%.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience as Project Coordinator (3+ years);
• Experience in the construction/renewables industry;
• Project Management experience;
• Experience in Wind Turbine construction projects;
• Experience interfacing with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple disciplines;
• Bachelor’s – Engineering or relevant field/construction experience.

Preferred:
• Experience with PM Scheduling software (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel);
• Experience with mechanical/electrical aspects; field construction techniques, equipment, etc.;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to lift 35 lbs;
• Assist with the planning and execution of Wind Turbine construction and technical/engineering projects;
• Build and upkeep project schedules in Smartsheet;
• Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items;
• Meet with internal stakeholders regularly for on-going project status updates;
• Prepare and host pre-bid/pre-construction meetings;
• Travel to projects site to oversee execution of tasks and provide daily reports.
