Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid, 1-3 days remote
Required:
• Experience managing cross-functional and multiple collaborative projects in a dynamic environment;
• Experience signing off on front-end deliverables, user stories, UAT, and production releases;
• Experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud projects;
• Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred:
• Agile and/or UX certifications.
Responsibilities:
• Own the user experience, champion user needs and ensure alignment with business goals;
• Work with stakeholders and IT partners to manage scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables;
• Facilitate design reviews and sign off on front-end deliverables and user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Participate in daily stand-ups and backlog grooming sessions as a critical member of agile teams;
• Maintain project documentation and trackers for ongoing deliverables;
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and feasibility;
• Validate that solutions meet Service Cloud best practices and compliance standards.
