Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Location Juno Beach. Remote is an option for qualified candidates.

Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
Experience with high-voltage transmission and substation project management;
Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100 million in budget;
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations;
Experience preparing RFP packages to source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services;
Experience with project scope, schedule, and budget integration;
Availability to travel domestically and to Canada (~25%);
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Preferred:
PMP Certification;

Responsibilities:
Lead development of project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, engineering, permitting, and land plans to ensure projects are execution-ready;
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through pre-construction activities across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations;
Manage integration across project scope, schedule, and budget;
Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services;
Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models;
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies;
Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management;
